OpenAI is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager in Munich to own partnership strategy and execution for Germany while contributing to EMEA and international priorities. The work includes negotiating local and cross-border deals with technology platforms, enterprise software vendors, telcos, cloud providers and government-aligned organizations, plus collaboration with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal and Policy. The posting asks for 10+ years in technology partnerships, business development or general management, English and German fluency, German market knowledge, negotiation skills and analytical judgment.
