This role sits in its Strategic Compute Investments team and focuses on large supply deals: long-term capacity contracts, data-center sites with power, and partnerships. The person builds financial models and deal structures, runs diligence, and helps negotiate terms with Finance, Legal, Engineering and outside advisers, then presents recommendations to leadership. The posting seeks 7–10 years in investing, banking, consulting or corporate finance, with hands-on complex transaction work and interest in AI-infrastructure economics.
