Anthropic is hiring a staff-plus software security engineer for its Security Engineering team, on-site in San Francisco, New York City or Seattle. The role covers four areas — developer security and supply chain, identity and secrets management, infrastructure security, and secure frameworks — protecting model weights, training data and multi-cloud environments. The posting wants at least eight years of software engineering experience, strong Python or Go/Rust/C skills, and depth in identity systems, cryptography and Kubernetes.
