Anthropic's RL Data Platform team is hiring a staff-plus full-stack engineer to build the systems that collect and serve human feedback for model training. The work includes annotator-facing web interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines, plus tools for researchers to launch and monitor data collection. The posting seeks production TypeScript/React and Python experience, end-to-end ownership, and direct work with RL researchers.
