Anthropic is hiring one of its first dedicated privacy engineers, a staff-level individual contributor on the Data Infrastructure team. The work covers privacy-preserving architectures for AI training and inference, differential privacy, federated learning and secure multi-party computation, plus data discovery, classification, access controls and audit logging, and translating GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and EU AI Act requirements into controls.
