Anthropic is hiring a Staff+ software engineer to lead Inference Developer Productivity. The person would set direction for toolchains, development environments and CI/CD across GPU, TPU and Trainium platforms, manage accelerator compilers, drivers and libraries, build devbox and validation automation, track productivity metrics, and remove workflow bottlenecks. The posting asks for 8+ years of software engineering, prior lead experience on infrastructure or platform teams, depth in at least one accelerator ecosystem, and work with compute-intensive workloads. It is a senior individual-contributor role with cross-team work with central Infrastructure.
