Waymo seeks a staff software engineer for fleet optimization, onsite in San Francisco or Mountain View. The person will develop algorithms, design systems, and write software for fleet management; instrument systems and analyze datasets; and evaluate optimization and forecasting performance. They will build and operate tools for continuous fleet optimization and collaborate with operations, product, UX, and data science.
