Anthropic's Infrastructure organization is hiring a Staff+ software engineer for its Developer Productivity team. The work covers the end-to-end path from source control and language ecosystems in a large monorepo, through build and CI infrastructure running thousands of daily builds across multiple cloud providers, to tooling that embeds Claude into engineering workflows. The posting asks for deep build-systems or CI/CD experience, proficiency in Python, Rust or Go, container orchestration knowledge, and comfort leading ambiguous infrastructure projects.
