Anthropic is hiring a staff software engineer in its compute group, based in San Francisco or New York City, to build internal software and Claude-powered tools for its datacenter buildout. The engineer will embed with datacenter, energy and supply chain teams, replace spreadsheets and legacy trackers with one permissioned source of truth for sites, designs, bills of materials and construction progress, and integrate construction, scheduling and engineering systems. Eight or more years of full-stack, data modeling, API and database work is required; datacenter or construction experience is a plus.
