Shield AI seeks a staff software engineer for its Autonomous Pilot Integration team for Emerging Domains. The role leads technical delivery of autonomy capabilities for new platforms and mission areas, including space, maritime and contested logistics. Work includes writing mission behaviors, platform-specific control, multi-agent coordination, contingencies and executive autonomy, and owning them from software-in-the-loop through live tests. Responsibilities include leading integration efforts across subsystems and working with platform and cross-functional teams to transition early R&D into operational capabilities.
