Anthropic's Account Abuse team is hiring a staff-plus software engineer to build machine learning systems that detect and stop account abuse, keeping computing capacity away from bad actors. The work spans a feature computation platform for training and real-time scoring, training and deploying abuse and fraud models, and backtesting, shadow deployment and staged rollout. The posting asks for Python, SQL, batch pipelines on Spark or Beam, a scheduler such as Airflow, and experience shipping models to production.
