Anthropic's Inference team is hiring staff and senior software engineers to build and run the distributed systems that serve the Claude models. The work covers request routing and load balancing across thousands of accelerators, fleet autoscaling, deployment pipelines for releasing new models, and integrating new AI accelerator platforms across multiple clouds.
