Waymo is hiring a Staff Product Data Scientist for its Product Data Science team, focused on experimentation in its autonomous ride-hail marketplace. The role sets the science roadmap for the marketplace experimentation platform, develops testing methods for network effects and spatial-temporal correlations, and sets experiment design standards across the product organization. It asks for an advanced quantitative degree, eight or more years in causal inference and applied statistics, and SQL and Python. Ride-hailing or marketplace experience is preferred. The position is on-site in San Francisco or Mountain View.
