Databricks is hiring a Staff Partner Engineer to own the technical relationship with strategic AI partners: Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini. The work covers joint roadmaps with partner product teams, hands-on integrations, POCs and reference architectures, customer architecture alignment, and field enablement. It asks for 10+ years in field engineering, platform architecture or AI systems development; depth in model serving, inference, retrieval and agent frameworks; Python and REST APIs/SDKs; established relationships inside major AI labs; and global travel.
