Shield AI seeks a staff industrial engineer for sustainment analytics, based onsite in Dallas, Texas. The person integrates maintenance, FRACAS, failure-and-repair, supply-chain, operational-demand, configuration, labor and fleet-trend data to identify drivers of downtime, maintenance burden, readiness risk and lifecycle cost. Outputs are analyses, trade studies and recommendations on maintenance levels, repair capability, spares, manpower, support equipment and sustainment strategy. Work is on defense aircraft and systems, alongside fleet support, reliability, product, supply-chain, manufacturing, finance and operations teams.
