Doctolib's AI team is hiring a Staff Data Engineer in Paris to build the pipelines behind its AI features. The role covers data capture and ingestion with privacy and GDPR constraints, end-to-end pipelines in Python, Dagster, BigQuery, SQL/Jinja and dbt, plus datasets for training, evaluation and annotation, and monitoring dashboards. Candidates need 7+ years in senior or staff data engineering, production AI/ML pipeline experience, knowledge of the model lifecycle and some GCP. Work is hybrid, two remote days weekly.
