Databricks is hiring a senior manager to lead its EMEA Forward Deployed AI Engineering team, a customer-facing professional services group based in Stockholm and working on-site. The role covers hiring and scaling data scientists and ML engineers, running executive relationships with EMEA customers, coordinating with sales and field engineering, building repeatable delivery processes, and owning account OKRs around revenue and utilisation. Databricks wants deep ML, GenAI and data science knowledge, plus experience leading production ML teams on AWS, Azure or GCP. The manager reports to the head of EMEA AI FDE.
