Waymo's Safety team is hiring a Specialist, Incident Readiness, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Resilience. The person designs and runs incident response exercises and operational drills across the company and with outside partners such as departments of emergency management, working within HSEEP and Waymo's Safety Management System. Duties include the exercise roadmap, after-action reports and corrective-action tracking, plus directing a team of exercise design specialists.
