Synthesia is hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager in New York to build its regional presales function, reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering. The manager hires, ramps and develops five to ten Solutions Engineers, coaches discovery, demos and Proofs of Concept, owns presales forecasting and pipeline hygiene, and stays hands-on in high-value deals.
