Scale AI is hiring a Solutions Engineering Lead for its healthcare and life sciences vertical. The role is a player-coach: managing three to five solutions engineers while staying hands-on in demos, prototypes and architecture talks for strategic accounts. The person builds reference architectures, demo environments and evaluation frameworks, and acts as the internal authority on deploying generative AI under PHI, HIPAA and HITRUST constraints.
