Baseten is hiring a software engineer for its Voice AI inference runtime. The person will help lead a small founding team and own Voice AI product areas end to end: designing and operating real-time model-serving systems for speech-to-text, text-to-speech and voice agents, and improving p95/p99 latency, throughput and GPU efficiency.
