Baseten, which runs inference for AI companies, is hiring a software engineer for its Platform team inside the Infrastructure organization. The job is to own the company's testing strategy: unit and integration frameworks, ephemeral Kubernetes environments, load and performance testing for GPU-backed inference, and chaos testing that injects faults. The posting asks for strong Go and/or Python, deep familiarity with testing framework internals, Kubernetes and Docker, and CI/CD experience. It is a builder role with org-wide leverage rather than writing tests for other teams.
