xAI is hiring a software engineer for its Platform Security team in Palo Alto. The person will build security tooling and agents that use Grok to find, analyze and mitigate vulnerabilities across Kubernetes-based infrastructure and customer-facing applications, owning design and implementation end to end. The posting asks for three or more years in fast-paced environments, expertise in Python, Rust or Go, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, security testing frameworks and software supply chain tools such as SBOMs. Security certifications are preferred.
