Google is hiring a software engineer to work on LiteRT, its on-device AI framework and successor to TensorFlow Lite. The role involves developing the framework, enabling models such as Gemini Nano and Gemma to run on GPUs, Pixel TPUs, NPUs and CPUs across Android, Chrome, iOS and desktop, and speeding up on-device inference through runtime and kernel optimizations.
