Anyscale's ML Developer Experience team builds the interface layer of its Ray-based platform: CLI, SDKs, APIs, UI, Workspaces and MCP surfaces, plus the control-plane services behind them. The engineer works across developer tooling, cloud infrastructure and the Ray runtime — long-running operations, observability, failure diagnosis, and the deployment path. The posting asks for five-plus years of production coding, algorithms and system design, and ML tooling such as PyTorch or MLflow. It is an individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership, and tooling designed for coding agents as well as people.
