The role builds shared infrastructure for GenAI products across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt: real-time GPU serving of open-weight LLMs and VLMs, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning, plus the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals and guardrails.
