Baseten, which runs inference infrastructure for AI companies, is hiring a software engineer to own its billing and revenue systems: pricing, invoicing, metering and reporting. The engineer builds internal tooling for quoting, approvals, renewals and usage reconciliation, working with Finance, Sales and go-to-market teams and on the Orb billing platform. Requirements include a computer science degree, experience with billing systems or internal tools, and deep knowledge of the web stack and databases. Billing is framed as a strategic lever, not back-office plumbing. Hybrid, four cities.
