Firmus builds and operates AI data centres and a GPU cloud. It is hiring a site supervisor for network Layer 1 installation on large-scale data centre projects in Wesley Vale, Tasmania, full-time and site-based. The work covers supervising subcontractors and crews on fibre optic pulling, routing, termination, splicing, patching and labelling, plus rack move-in and rack & stack. Duties include daily work planning, tracking planned against actual progress, and managing manpower, method, machine and change. Fibre installation and construction supervision experience are required; the role reports to the Site Manager.
