Firmus seeks a Site Manager to run site execution of network Layer 1 infrastructure for large-scale data center deployments at its AI factory in Wesley Vale, Tasmania. Duties cover rack move-in, rack and stack, fibre and copper cabling, patching, labelling, testing and defect rectification, delivered through installation subcontractors. The role sets daily and look-ahead plans, tracks progress, enforces quality and safety, drives fault root-cause closure, and coordinates with network engineers on Layer 2 activation and with mechanical and electrical teams on power and cooling bring-up.
