Wayve seeks a Shift Lead for German Fleet Operations, based onsite in Leonberg. The role manages Vehicle Safety Operators across a rotating shift pattern, covering early, late, weekend and public holiday shifts. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, performance management, safety compliance, quality checks, reporting and acting as first contact for on-road incidents. The posting asks for a full clean German driving licence, at least five years’ European driving experience, strong leadership and communication, English and German fluency, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office skills.
