Waymo is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own cross-functional programs in its Simulation and ML Evaluation domain. The role involves turning technical roadmaps into project plans, running programs that connect simulation to model training, offline evaluation and validation, managing dependencies across onboard software and offboard infrastructure teams, and coordinating releases. Applicants need a technical bachelor's degree, three or more years as a TPM in software or infrastructure, and two years on ML infrastructure, training/evaluation or data pipeline projects. Preferred skills include JAX or PyTorch, ML-based scene generation, and AV simulation.
