Nebius, an AI cloud provider, is hiring a senior technical program manager in Tel Aviv to own end-to-end delivery of new data centers and the GPU clusters inside them. The work covers scope, schedule and risk, vendor and contractor oversight, and reporting to infrastructure leadership, with travel to data centers during deployments.
