Nebius is hiring a senior technical program manager for its Capacity team. The role sits between data analysis, infrastructure engineering, procurement, data center operations and product: analyzing how cloud compute and storage are consumed, forecasting demand, flagging capacity risks and coordinating expansions from purchase request through installation to customer availability. The posting wants technical program or capacity-planning experience, a quantitative background, basic statistics and forecasting knowledge, and cross-team coordination without direct authority.
