Nebius is hiring a senior or staff-level engineer to lead the Core team of its Managed Kubernetes service. The role starts as an individual contributor and grows to managing four to eight mid-to-senior engineers while staying hands-on with code, reviews and on-call. The team owns the service API, control plane core, cluster autoscaling, platform integrations and Kubernetes add-ons. The posting asks for eight or more years of software engineering or management experience and strong Golang knowledge. The service is scaling tenfold toward tens of thousands of GPU servers.
