Zoox is hiring a Senior Team Lead for Fleet Support in its Base Operations group, based on-site in Las Vegas on first shift, Monday to Friday. The job splits hands-on diagnostics and repair of the robotaxi fleet with directing technicians and owning shop execution across a workshop network. The lead writes and improves SOPs, enforces EH&S and 5S standards, and acts as the link between operations leadership and the shop floor, working with Fleet Support Specialists, Engineering and Facilities. It is a player-coach role: technical repair plus people leadership.
