Scale AI is hiring a senior or staff machine learning research engineer for the General Agents team in its Enterprise organization. The team builds general-purpose agents for recurring enterprise problems, with emphasis on generalization and reuse across customers. The work spans the full agent lifecycle: designing LLM systems with tool use, memory and control logic, building evaluation frameworks and metrics, then deploying, monitoring and iterating on agents.
