Airbnb's Trust Engineering team is hiring a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to set the long-term ML direction for fraud and safety work. The role is a hands-on individual contributor: building and operating large-scale models and pipelines, including anomaly detection, multimodality and agentic AI, and leading multi-quarter initiatives across teams.
