Scale AI is hiring a Senior Staff Frontier Agents Engineer for its Enterprise team, based on-site in San Francisco or New York. The role is a hands-on technical bridge to strategic customers: designing integrations and data pipelines, building production AI agents and multi-agent systems, implementing evaluation frameworks and RAG or fine-tuning pipelines, and running prompt experimentation. It asks for 12+ years of software engineering, production Python and modern AI frameworks, and cloud and data infrastructure experience, plus the ability to explain complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences.
