Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior or Staff Data Scientist to improve how PlayStation measures product, feature and commercial impact. The work spans experiment design, A/B testing, quasi-experimental methods, observational causal inference, statistical modelling and machine learning. The person will set analytical standards, advise product, engineering and business partners, influence the experimentation platform, and mentor analysts and data scientists. Requirements include a quantitative master's or equivalent, five-plus years in experimentation and causal inference, and strong Python and SQL. A PhD and gaming or subscription experience are preferred.
