Nebius is hiring a senior software engineer for Serverless AI, its GPU-native platform that customers use to deploy inference endpoints and batch jobs. The work spans the control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler and the customer-facing APIs, plus cold-start latency, GPU scheduling under contention, multi-tenancy, and SRE duties such as SLOs and incident response.
