CoreWeave's Fleet Monitoring & Analysis team, part of Fleet Engineering, hires a senior engineer to build the metrics, alerting and dashboards that keep its global GPU fleet observable. Work includes Prometheus-compatible exporters, AlertManager/Victoria Metrics, Grafana visualizations, deployment automation, test plans and a shared on-call rotation. The role is based on-site in Warsaw. The posting asks for 2+ years in software or infrastructure engineering, Linux, Python or Go, and monitoring-stack experience; Kubernetes, SQL reporting pipelines and Slack-bot automation are preferred. Base salary is zł321,000–zł428,000.
