Waymo's ML Platform group is hiring a senior software engineer for its ML Ops team, which builds tooling for the company's machine-learning workflows. The job centers on an inference platform for internal and external models, including LLMs: making it scalable, high-throughput and low-latency, cutting the cost of running large models, and deploying inference for distillation, evaluation, dataset generation, active learning and auto-labeling.
