Nebius is hiring a Senior Site Selection Manager for its Infrastructure Acquisition Group, a small founding team covering the Americas. The role owns acquisitions of colocation, build-to-suit and powered land deals: market strategy, origination, pipeline, negotiation and cross-functional deal leadership through signed agreements, plus investment recommendations to executives. The posting wants someone who can independently lead complex transactions and assess power, fiber and permitting. Two distinctive points: the team is writing its playbooks from scratch, and network connectivity — long-haul access, carrier availability, route diversity — is named a core site-selection criterion.
