Smartsheet's Applied AI group is hiring a senior product manager to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of specialized AI agents and the evaluation infrastructure behind them. The role involves shipping complex agent capabilities end to end, setting agentic development standards other teams can follow, and mentoring junior PMs alongside engineering, design and data science partners. Smartsheet asks for 8–10+ years of product management on technically complex platforms, fluency in model evaluation, agent architectures, RAG and prompt engineering, and prior work on AI or ML evaluation and quality systems.
