The role sets the roadmap for evaluating how the Waymo Driver's hardware and software fail, when and where, and what results; it covers onboard solutions, hardware changes and testing strategies, plus tools for new platforms, regions and operational design domains. The posting asks for a technical bachelor's degree, 10+ years on AV, robotics or ML/AI products, a statistics foundation, and work spanning hardware and software.
