Google is hiring a senior engineer for its Machine Learning New Product Introduction Test Engineering team, on-site in Sunnyvale. The role centers on manufacturing test development: defining and documenting test strategies, overseeing board and system-level test development, managing schedules, budgets and cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks with mitigation plans, and working with design teams on Design for Test work. A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience plus eight years in manufacturing is required. A master's or PhD and ten years architecting test solutions for CPU/GPU products are preferred.
