Twilio is hiring a Senior Manager, Machine Learning for its Conversation Memory team, working remotely in India. The role owns 0-to-1 platform features for conversational AI and is hands-on as well as managerial: setting an ML roadmap, guiding model experimentation and deployment, and leading ML engineers.
