Smartsheet is hiring a senior MLOps engineer for its Bangalore office, reporting to the Director of Analytics Engineering & Data Governance. The role covers the production machine learning lifecycle: CI/CD and continuous-training pipelines, model versioning and lineage, drift monitoring, and cloud infrastructure managed as code. The person also builds or fine-tunes LLMs and traditional models, advises on buy-versus-build choices, and mentors ML engineers and data scientists. Requirements: five years deploying ML in cloud, seven years programming in Python or Scala, four years with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
