Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Orchestration team for Doctolib's AI Health Assistant. The role owns evaluation strategy for an agentic AI system: metrics, protocols, datasets and tooling; builds automated evaluation pipelines; runs experiments on reasoning, factuality, robustness and user experience; and works with model developers and research scientists. The posting seeks an MSc or PhD and 7+ years with large language models, plus experience evaluating agentic or reasoning systems and evaluation automation. It is hybrid in Levallois-Perret, with up to two remote days weekly.
