NVIDIA's Autonomous Vehicles Simulation team is hiring a senior engineer to lead work on a closed-loop, simulation-based reinforcement learning framework for training end-to-end driving models such as Alpamayo R1. The role covers large-scale RL training frameworks, simulation and data pipelines, reward function design, and monitoring tools for training on large GPU clusters, with close collaboration across AV Platform, AV Product, and Research.
